Each customer’s order is written up by one of our 10 inside sales associates that is trained to take paper notes so nothing is forgotten or overlooked, then we send an acknowledgment to the customer to make sure we got it right.

While the customer is checking the details, an associate checks it for parts compatibility, price and clarity. Then they are checked again before production.

This makes certain the customer will get what they need, and also makes sure it doesn’t have to be shipped back for changes.
