Roosevelt Series - Uprights Assembly
1. Slide upright bracket forward from the back until the two holes match up with the holes in the top.
2. Insert bolt with flat washer through from the top.
3. Add a washer, a lock washer, then a nut at the bottom of each screw, then tighten gently.
